HITCHIN Town turned in a five-star show to demolish ten-man Alvechurch.
In the fourth minute, Hitchin’s Jhai Dhillon was tripped after cutting in from the left and Layne Eadie converted emphatically.
At the other end, Zack Foster’s header was saved by Charlie Horlock.
Dhillon’s shot was punched clear by Jonathan Brown, who also saved a good free-kick by his namesake Luke.
Church tried to rally and Joseph Hull saw his decent shot go wide.
