CORFE ARE CASTLED

FEARS over coronavirus have this week led Corfe Castle to pull out of the Step 7 Dorset Premier League with immediate effect.
The Fortress club’s squad self-isolated after Swanage Town & Herston player tested positive after a pre-season friendly.
A club statement read: “It is with regret that Corfe Castle first team have taken the decision to sit out of the 2020/21 Dorset Premier League season due to the risk of Covid-19. Specifically, in addition to the risk to health, our management team and several of the first-team player group cannot risk a further self-isolation period...
