AN enforced early substitution was a blessing in disguise for Slimbridge.
An injury to Jamie Martin meant Johan Flo came into the fray after only 18 minutes and he made a major impact and started to dominate the midfield.
Slimbridge broke the deadlock after 35 minutes when Danny King picked out Edjidja Mbunga on the far post.
Flo then hit a Sholing upright and in the second half it was the substitute who won a Slimbridge penalty.
Ryan Gosney brought down Flo and received a yellow card but the Sholing keeper redeemed himself when he saved...
