JOHN ROONEY’S two second half goals and an Alex Reid tap-in did the business for Stockport County as they unlocked a stubborn Dover Athletic.
The away side frustrated County in the first half. The main talking points up until a few minutes before half-time were County’s Jamie Stott being off the pitch for nearly ten minutes with a bloody nose and the heavy intermittent rain showers.
