A SQUALLY swirling wind, showers and a sodden pitch served up an entertaining game of the league’s basement dwellers at Farnborough.
The only sharp thing about Boro’s forward line so far this season had been their haircuts, something that looked set to continue as chances once again went begging over the opening minutes.
It has always been the way at Cherrywood Road that former players return to bite Boro, so it came as no surprise to see alumnus Jefferson Louis curl one in against the run of play for Beaconsfield.
