THE Southern Counties East League has launched an investigation into a skirmish that was posted on social media following Sheppey United’s late 4-3 win at Corinthian.
After last Saturday’s game, the online video appeared to show a confrontation between players in the club car park.
It was alleged that there had been incidents in the bar beforehand.
A league statement said “[We are] totally against any abuse, physical or verbal, and will not condone any such behaviour.”
