ALDERSHOT TOWN’S rise up the league continues as they held on for a deserved win at injury-hit strugglers Altrincham.
Goals in either half from Toby Edser and Chike Kandi gave them victory despite Tom Peers’ late strike for the hosts, to give Danny Searle’s men back-to-back victories.
The Shots dominated for long periods and looked good value for their victory. First-team coach Michael Koopowitz said: “It was an outstanding performance from the lads, with two superb goals. Our boys are confident, which is something we didn’t have last year.
