STOWMARKET Town gave new manager Paul Musgrove the perfect start by storming past Eynesbury Rovers and into the third round.
There was also a debut for Reggie Lambe, the former Ipswich, Toronto FC, Mansfield Town, Carlisle United and Cambridge United striker, who got on the scoresheet in an impressive win.
It was Stow’s first game in this season’s Vase after reaching the fifth round last term, which was a club record, and their first after long-serving manager Rick Andrews resigned for personal reasons.
