DESPITE tinkering with the starting line-up, Dean Keates insists his Wrexham side should have had enough to avoid an FA Trophy upset against Leamington.
After a drab goalless draw at the Racecourse, James Horsfield and Anthony Jeffrey missed penalties in the shootout as Leamington went through 6-5.
And Keates admitted the performance lacked potency in attack as the 2013 champions fell at the first hurdle for the second consecutive year.
