KETTERING turned the match around in the second half with two goals in five minutes proving enough to end Ashton’s run.
Straight from the kick off, Ashton’s Millenic Alli hit the outside of the post from Ben Hardcastle’s pass.
Then Ben Milnes was unable to beat Poppies keeper Greg Hartley with a low effort, having latched onto a throw-in.
Nine minutes before the break Ashton moved ahead from the penalty spot Louis Almond picked up John Pritchard’s pass and turned inside Connor Johnson who brought him down for the spot-kic...
