HANWELL were on the front foot from the outset and were thrice spectacularly denied an opener by visiting goalkeeper Mark Scott before the tenthminute mark.
Ten minutes later, however, the home side took a much-deserved lead. Tomasz Szemenczuk raced on to a though ball from Harry Rush and fired into the bottom corner.
