■ RYAN WIGNALL’S third goal in as many games set Marine on the road to victory at Northwich 1874 and kept them up with the early season pace-setters.
It took the former Liverpool Academy striker just 10 minutes to add to his recent goal-scoring streak. Mark Howarth’s corner was only partially cleared allowing the inform Wignall to crash the ball home on the half volley.
The scorer then turned provider five minutes before half-time with a pinpoint cross following a free-kick which Danny Shaw powerfully headed home.
