HARTLEY Wintney came out on top on their trip to the south-west coast with a fine victory at Weston-super-Mare.
Jay Murray had the first shot on goal for the visitors with a blocked effort from 18 yards, before Ben Wright had a headed effort held by Weston keeper Kie Plumley.
Seagulls skipper Dayle Grubb fired wide of the post before Lucas Vowles went close with a curling attempt.
The visitors took the lead ten minutes in when Wright saw his effort take a deflection which sent it looping over the helpless Plumley.
