CINDERFORD won through on penalties after a goalless draw which was far more entertaining than the score suggests.
After only three minutes George Nance-Kivell had a one-on-one with Cinderford keeper only to lose out in the battle of wits.
Throughout the rest of the half, Bideford had another four attempts on goal, while Cinderford could only manage two.
