Alex Akrofi and George Sykes secured the points in stunning fashion for Aveley against Maldon and Tiptree.
Aveley finished the game before it had really started, scoring three goals in the first 27 minutes, before adding to that lead in the second half.
The first goal to kick things off came from Ogunrinde’s header inside the six-yard box, before Scott followed suit to also head home in the 16th minute. Akrofi’s double and one from Sykes made it a thrashing.
