RESOLUTE defending and wayward finishing ensured the game btween Yate Town and Taunton Town ended goalless.
Yate’s James Harding could have netted twice inside the first 15 minutes. First, he was denied on the near post by alert Taunton goalkeeper Will Buse and then his glancing header came back off the upright. As the action ramped up, Yate’s Liam Angel was booked for a foul and Taunton manager Rob Dray was also shown a yellow card.
