■ TOOTING & Mitcham United picked up three valuable points in West Berkshire, winning a scrappy game with a first-half penalty.
Dan Williams and Billy Brown had forced Town keeper Jack Hopwood into low saves before Thatcham responded with a rare flowing move, as Lamin Ceesay and Daniel Fosu combined well only for Nathan Jones to roll his shot narrowly wide.
The breakthrough came in the 44th minute after Ceesay tangled with Zaid Ouraet Sorr on the edge of the box and Williams fired home from the spot. Tooting continued to snuff out the Kingfishers’ attackin...
