■ A MOMENT of madness proved decisive as Herne Bay keeper Jordan Perrin’s long ball forward in the 36th minute looped over opposition keeper Pat Wanat.
It was the visitors’ third in a half where they had been better than their hosts, although their opener from tricky winger Kieron Campbell was aided by a wicked deflection.
Bryan Villavicencio pulled Bridges level quickly but poor marking at a corner allowed skipper Laurence Harvey to head home.
