■ WELWYN Garden City put a big dent in the high-riding visitors’ promotion hopes and enhanced their own at the same time.
The home Citizens made the early running, with Jon Clements thrashing a 20-yarder wide in the opening minutes and then forcing Dunstable keeper Jamie Head into a fine save.
