■ JACK Bannister came off the bench to clinch victory for Mossley at Ramsbottom.
A bumper crowd of 527 had little to cheer about in a first half as flat as a pancake with only two strikes on goal of note, one by veteran Mossley skipper Andy Keogh and the other by ex-Ram Mason Fawns, both kept out by keeper Tom Stewart.
Keogh headed the visitors in front from a left-wing cross after 54 minutes. Then Rammy midfielder Domaine Rouse drilled in a right-foot shot from the edge of the penalty area to level matters after 65 minutes.
