■ YORKSHIRE Amateur held on to beat Stocksbridge Park Steels, despite having a man sent off.
The Ammers took the lead in the 37th minute when Ross Duggan beat the offside trap before finishing well. He was alive to get his second just after the break as he made the most of a good passing move before he powerfully finished.
Stocksbridge rallied and almost had a goal back but Luke Mangham’s penalty was well saved by Max Culverwell.
Shortly after the Steels did get a goal when Josh Nodder turned well before firing a shot into the bottom corner.
