I READ the letter from Steve Roberts regarding the use of face masks at matches (Fans’ Forum, January 2).
First of all, mask mandates have made zero difference to Covid rates anywhere in the world and so their use should always be a free choice. But more to the point, being able to go and watch my local side, Frome Town, has been my sanctuary from the horror of restrictions in ‘regular life’.
