STEWART IS TREBLE TOPS AS SPHINX HIT A BIG SIX

COVENTRY SPHINX put six past London Lions to book their place in the FA Vase last 16 for the first time since 2008.
After Callum Stewart’s first-half hat-trick, Sphinx added three more in the second half to complete a dominant display.
The hosts went ahead inside 20 minutes when a long free kick from Callum Woodward was nodded down by Louis Guest for Stewart to tap in.
On 22 minutes Stewart was in the right place again in the middle of the box to turn in Harvey Smith’s pull back and put the hosts two ahead.
