ON A heavy pitch down in Devon, Slimbridge started the brighter with Ben McLean on two occasions having good efforts on the Rovers goal.
Willand came into the game, and in the 32nd minute Ben Griffith headed home a pinpoint Will Richards cross.
Willand nearly got a second when Griffith narrowly missed another cross, this time from Noah Coppin.
