WARD IN A U-TURN

TOM WARD quit as player-manager of United Counties Premier North Sleaford Town on Tuesday – only to be reappointed 24 hours later!
Ward, who had been in the post at Eslaforde Park for four months after taking over from Jamie Shaw, said he resigned because the club “project” had “altered.”
However, Ward changed his mind after receiving numerous messages of support from fans.
