DARYL McMahon collected his second National League manager of the month award after a faultless December.
Dagenham & Redbridge defeated Grimsby Town, Dover Athletic and Aldershot Town while also progressing in the FA Trophy by winning at Truro City.
McMahon had previously won the August-September award with Dagenham now looking back to their old selves again after slipping away from the top.
FC Halifax Town forward Matty Warburton collected the player of the month prize with three goals to send the Shaymen soaring.
