LEW PROVES GATE KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOUR

MARGATE dramatically got back to winning ways against Horsham when Lewis Knight scored the winner with virtually the last kick of the match.
Gate had the better firsthalf chances.
In the 19th minute, great play by Harrison Hatfull and Martial Godo set up James Bessey-Saldanha, whose shot across goal skimmed the far post.
Ben Swift’s header from Ben Greenhalgh’s freekick cannoned off the bar in the 26th minute.
Greenhalgh then got into the act with a 25 yard free kick which whistled just over.
