RACE IS ON TO REPLACE ROWE

CHESTERFIELD have parted company with manager James Rowe amid allegations of misconduct – but one potential target to replace him, FC Halifax boss Pete Wild, last night ruled himself out.
Rowe, 39, was suspended by the club last month and now the parties have come to an agreement to split.
The former Gloucester City boss leaves the club in second place in the National League, having also taken the club to the FA Cup third round where they lost to Premier League Chelsea.
