■ THERE was late drama in West Yorkshire as an 89thminute Tom Haigh equaliser for the hosts was cancelled out by substitute Roy Fogarty in injury time.
Nathan Cartman put Ammers into the lead on half time. Marco Basic rolled a low ball from the right with Cartman curling past Brett Souter just inside the 18-yard box.
The closest Brighouse came was keeper Max Culverwell almost spilling an Elliot Murray Cross in at the back post. The 57th minute saw Brighouse defender Harrison Beeden beat four men before firing against the crossbar from 30 yards.
