LEWES dropped out of the play-off places after being held by the Casuals in a far more entertaining match than the score suggests.
The Rooks had the early sights of goal. Bradley Pritchard’s long-range effort was turned aside by Casuals keeper Emmanuel Agboola.
And Rhys Murrell-Williamson’s low cross was missed by the ever-dangerous Joe Taylor by inches. Casuals got going when Alfie Bendall set up Elliott Bolton, whose rising shot rose just too much.
