■ BURGESS Hill made it back-to-back wins on a sunny afternoon in Mid Sussex.
The Hill opened the scoring mid-way through the first half thanks to captain Lewis Taylor’s seventh goal of the season.
The second half was a slow burner, with Hythe slowly coming back into the game.
That was until that man Taylor scored one of the goals of the year.
He watched a bouncing ball onto his foot and thwacked an overhead kick into the top corner to send the home supporters into ecstasy.
Hayden Skerry sealed the deal in added time with a lovely low strike.
