HUNDREDS TURN OUT FOR BAKER

AROUND 400 friends, former teammates and supporters paid tribute this week to popular Non-League favourite Keith Baker, who died recently at the age of 66.
Baker, father of co-Slough Town manager Neil, was a tremendous servant for the likes of Farnborough Town and Aldershot Town, playing at Conference level until the age of 41.
Friday’s funeral was held on the pitch at Farnborough’s Cherrywood Road ground where past favourites of both clubs gathered in celebration of his life.
