■COLESHILL were coasting to the three points after two first-half goals, but a spirited second-half performance by Histon meant the result was in doubt until the final whistle.
The home side took the lead in the 27th minute. George Washbourne’s effort was parried by Histon keeper Sam Roach who could do little as Kai Tonge fired home the loose ball. Just before half-time Washbourne’s through ball found Daniel Dubidat and his cross was adjudged to have been handled by defender Oliver Brookes. Tonge made no mistake from the spot.
