CONNOR Millington continued his scoring streak to give Bootle a narrow win over Widnes.
The only goal came after 13 minutes when he smashed a shot under the legs of Widnes keeper Cameron Terry.
A volleyed cross by Ben Hodkinson was met by Henry Ogunby and comfortably saved by Terry.
Sam Turner tested Theo Roberts for the first time, a flying effort parried by the Bucks keeper.
Ogunby latched onto a long ball and his volley was met sweetly by his right foot, but the keeper was down to save again.
