■ SCOTT Allison scored his 129th Workington goal to spare their blushes against ten-man Trafford.
On as a second-half substitute, the Cumbrians’ record goal-scorer poppedup in the 85th minute to drill home the winning goal following a great driving run from Brad Carroll.
Trafford had battled really well since having Aidan Roxburgh sent-off after two minutes for a foul on Conor Gaul. Workington grabbed the lead after 40 minutes as Carroll’s smart pull-back was drilled home by Conor Tinnion.
