■ CLEETHORPES Town continued their push for promotion with a confident win over Stocksbridge Park Steels.
After an end-to-end start, Cleethorpes started to take control and eventually got the goal their chances deserved.
Stocksbridge were slow to clear the ball and Cleethorpes pounced on to it, passing the ball to Brody Robertson and he duly finished. Stocksbridge’s best chance was in the second half, Ben Partridge flicking the ball over keeper Tom Jackson only for the defence to clear off the line.
