■ FROME held on to their place at the top of the league table thanks to a late brace from top-scorer Kane Simpson against Mangotsfield.
A frustrating first half saw the Robins enjoy plenty of possession but struggle to test Marko Radovanovic, and the visitors nearly fell behind when Dean Griffiths forced James Carey into a decent save.
