■ ROVERS and Thame played out a scrappy bore draw devoid of any real quality at a sunny Sharpenhoe Road.
Thame had the best of the first half that was littered with mistakes and wayward passes.
Rovers fared better in the second half and nearly made the breakthrough when a Charlie Smith header just went over the crossbar.
The home side then got even closer to opening the scoring in the last minute when Max Ryan hit the bar, which would have been hard on the visitors who deserved a share of the spoils.
