ILKESTON struck in injury-time to scrape home against ten-man Yaxley.
The Robins started well, with early chances for Montel Gibson and Charlie Wakefield going close, but they offered little in the first half after that as they struggled to break down the visitors.
Yaxley were reduced to ten men just before halftime when Josh Moreman saw red for a late challenge on Stern Irvine.
Ilkeston continued to dominate in the second-half, Alex Troke, Ollie Brown-Hill and Wakefield all having efforts saved by Yaxley keeper Will Lakin.
