■A MISSED penalty proved costly as Tooting sunk deeper into the relegation mire. After a slow start, the hosts began to get a grip on the game and had the ideal chance to break the deadlock when Chris Grace brought down Enoch Ako-Adjei and the referee pointed to the spot. Grace redeemed himself by touching Dontai Stewart’s effort onto the bar.
Binfield took the lead on the stroke of half-time as Ollie Harris’ quickly taken free-kick deceived the Tooting defence and dropped in.
