■ YAXLEY edged a five-goal thriller with the visitors causing the home side no end of problems.
Yaxley took the lead against the run of play when a cross fired into the box deflected off Elliott Parrott into the goal. Buoyed by this the home side added a second on the half-hour mark through Daniel Cotton.
The visitors hit back when Yaxley goalkeeper Richard Stainsby, playing out from the back, saw his pass hit his own defender and ricochet to Liam Lockett who halved the deficit before half time.
