■ MARSKE missed the chance to go top after a late penalty handed Hebburn a point at Mount Pleasant.
The Seasiders dominated possession in the first half, but struggled to create chances.
The deadlock was broken after 54 minutes when Adam Boyes turned home Connor Smith’s cross.
It took the visitors 70 minutes to test Marske keeper Ryan Catterick but he was finally called into action, producing a diving save from Tom Potter’s shot.
