A MARGATE side with one eye on the Velocity Trophy final on Wednesday and a Carshalton side lacking confidence after a poor recent run couldn’t provide a goal between them yesterday.
The first half only sprung to life late on when Margate’s Benas Vaivada lobbed over Carshalton keeper Lloyd Thomas and the crossbar.
