BAMBER Bridge kept their feint Pitching In NPL Premier Division play-off hopes alive with victory over Morpeth Town.
All the damage was done in the first half with Paul Dawson causing chaos with two headed goals, either side of Andrew Johnson’s equaliser.
But the pivotal goal would arrive seconds before half-time when Fin Sinclair-Smith slotted past keeper Dan Lowson after springing the offside trap.
Although Johnson reduced the deficit in the second half, it wasn’t enough to stop Bamber Bridge securing all three points.
