■ A FEISTY, chaotic relegation six-pointer ended with Sheffield giving themselves a lifeline in the battle to beat the drop and dropping the hosts into the bottom two.
The game came to life when Brid player-manager Brett Agnew’s strong challenge on Sheffield keeper Ryan Musselwhite caused a scuffle.
Agnew was sent off, along with skipper Pete Davidson and Sheffield’s Damian McGee.
After the break a Sheffield cross deflected off defender Jaz Goundry onto the bar and Marc Newsham tapped in his 20th league goal of the season.
