■ COLNE snatched victory in the 90th minute of a closely fought game despite being down to ten men.
In an even encounter, Kidsgrove were denied a penalty after 20 minutes when Kieran Brown appeared to be brought down in the area.
But five minutes later Aaron Turner’s long free-kick brought a one-handed save from Kidsgrove keeper Ryan Brown.
Kidsgrove then came close when Brown headed inches over the Colne bar.
Colne went down to ten men after 79 minutes when Paul Dugdale was sent off for a second yellow.
