■ WARE took their place in the Division One Central play-off final after edging out second-placed AFC Dunstable in a tense penalty shoot-out.
Goalkeeper Bradley Robinson was the visitors’ hero, saving the all-important spotkick from AFC centre-back Alasan Ann.
But AFC were masters of their own downfall when BJ Christie blasted another penalty against the crossbar in the 44th minute of regulation time.
