OUTGOING Hayden Bird believes Kingstonian have plenty to look forward to with his assistant Lee O’Leary stepping up to succeed him as K’s manager.
Bird resigned from his post last Sunday having held the role since May 2019.
In his first season with the club, Bird led the K’s to their best FA Cup run in 20 years as they reached the second round proper.
This season he led Kingstonian to the Surrey Senior Cup final, only to lose on penalties to Dorking Wanderers.
