A SELL-OUT crowd at Heritage Park saw Championship outfit Middlesbrough ease to a comfortable win against Northern League hosts Bishop Auckland.
Both sides featured a different XI for each half. Boro went ahead on 35 minutes through Riley McGree’s shot, following a short corner, which beat Bishops keeper Nick Liversedge.
Bishops received a double blow when Tommy Smith made it two before the break from just inside the box, and then Anfernee Dijksteel added a third straight after the break from a corner.
