HEDNESFORD Town and a Birmingham City XI served up a rip-roaring eight-goal friendly thriller.
Despite early Pitmen pressure, Birmingham took the lead in the 10th minute through Kyle Hurst.
The Blues extended their lead with a thunderbolt from Odin Bailey and a Josh Andrews header from close range.
In the 43rd minute, Pitmen skipper Lewis Ison reduced the deficit with a glancing header into the top corner. of the game.
